LEGENDARY BIGFOOT RETURNS!
Returning from a 1 year absence the original monster truck BIGFOOT will take on a stacked field of competitors including fan favorite Tailgator, Big Dawg, Toxic, Stinger and Shell-Camino driven by Shelly Kujat. Proving the level of competition at these events, team BIGFOOT is building a brand new truck at their St. Louis headquarters. Dubbed the 'freestyle attack machine' by their crew, its purpose is to return BIGFOOT to domination. Multi-time world champion and world record setter Dan Runte will pilot BIGFOOT #18 at every Monster Nation event this season.
Back by popular demand are the high flying Freestyle Motocross riders from FMX East. It's not just for show this time however, as they'll be matched up against their 4-wheel adversaries on ATVs. Who can pull the bigger tricks and claim freestyle supremacy will be decided 40' in the air inside Ford Arena - and neither wants to lose. It will take some extreme backflip action to prove who is best.
Adding some fire and thunder to the event, Paul Magliato will be on hand to demonstrate his jet- powered ATV capable of 200 mph and 15,000 lbs of thrust.
During every performance the trucks of Monster Nation compete in three separate competitions. The tailgate-ripping Wheelie Contest is first, where each driver attempts to stand his 10' tall truck straight in the air. Next is elimination style head-to-head racing around an oval course and last is the fan favorite, no-rules Freestyle contest. The entire 30,000 square foot floor will be open season, and this year we're bringing in a SCHOOL BUS as part of the track!
Fans can meet the drivers and riders and see the monster trucks up close and personal before each performance during the pit party and again immediately following each show. For the first time, the pit party will be FREE to all attendees with a valid show ticket; there is no need for an additional pit pass.
